5-storey, concrete and brick structure settled on pile foundation. The building has 1043 m² of useable area. The investor’s building plot located in the city centre was almost 100 % utilized, which determined the complex shape of the building.

The building is standing on a reinforced concrete grid supported by the pile foundation. The unique solution was justified because of the watercourse below the historical city. The bottom two floors intended for services have full reinforced concrete structure. The rest of the floors have reinforced concrete structural frame, the infilling walls and the walls of the staircase are constructed of brick.
