AXISVM CONFIGURATIONS

BASIC PACKAGES AND MODULES

CUSTOMIZABLE SOFTWARE CONFIGURATIONS

Thanks to the modular design of AXISVM, engineers are free to choose their own design tools.
AXISVM offers benefits such as cost reduction or design flexibility according to their project’s needs or budget,
by means of customizing computing capacity and add-on modules.

The STANDARD (S) version with limited capacity is suitable for modeling smaller structures.

BASIC PACKAGES

L package: For linear static and linear vibration analysis.

NL package: In addition to linear computational capabilities, nonlinear static, second-order vibration, and buckling analyses are also available. Some examples of cases these may be applied to are:

· tension-only or compression-only trusses

· nonlinear nodal, line, or surface supports

· contact modelling

· nonlinear end releases or edge hinges

· nonlinear static and dynamic analysis of structures with large displacements

· determination of buckling shapes, local buckling modes, and critical load multipliers

· vibration analysis considering the second-order effect due the axial forces.

PNL package: Analysis of beam, rib, and surface elements with nonlinear materials in the following cases:

· elastic-plastic and nonlinear-elastic material models

· analysis of plastic behaviour

· determination of permanent deformations

EXPLANATION TO ORDER CODE OF BASIC PACKAGES

STANDARD CAPACITY: 250 beam or 500 truss elements, 1 500 rib elements, 2 000 surfaces (membranes + plates + shells) and 20 000 solid elements (SOIL module)
